Missed lesson policies

Tuition covers 30 individual lessons and 15 group classes. Prompt attendance at all lessons and at least 8 group classes is required.

Lessons may be rescheduled for the following reasons:

1. Illness (up to 3 lessons due to illness will be rescheduled- please stay home if you are sick!)
2. Family emergency
3. Religious observances

The teacher may reschedule lessons for the following reasons:

1. Illness
2. Professional performing engagement
3. Out of town teaching engagements

The following are not acceptable reasons for missing a lesson. (Lesson will not be made up)

1. Elective travel or vacation outside of normal school holidays
2. Scheduling mishaps
3. Athletic events

Inclement weather policy:

Up to 2 lessons missed due to inclement weather will be made up. 

Group classes which are canceled due to weather may or may not be made up, depending on the availability of the space.
